01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sandeepanand.in (the “Site”), booking a coaching session, purchasing a course or digital product, or otherwise using any service offered by Global Leaders Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and customers of the Site, regardless of whether you make a purchase.

02Description of Services

Global Leaders Hub, founded by Sandeep Anand, provides:

• 1:1 Coaching Sessions — career, business, leadership, and life coaching delivered online via video call, booked through our designated booking platform (currently Topmate).
• Courses & Digital Products — self-paced courses, guides, templates, and toolkits delivered digitally.
• Content — blog articles, videos, podcasts, and related free resources.
• Corporate & Group Sessions — workshops, masterclasses, and speaking engagements delivered to organisations, cohorts, or institutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to book a coaching session or purchase a course on this Site. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

04Bookings & Payments

Booking

Coaching sessions are booked through our designated booking platform. Session availability, pricing, and formats are as listed at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments

Payments for sessions, courses, and digital products are processed through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

05Cancellations & Refunds

• Coaching sessions: Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated where possible. No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
• Courses & digital products: Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, sales are generally final once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
• Corporate/group bookings: Cancellation terms for organisational bookings will be specified in the individual engagement agreement.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any payment gateway charges already incurred.

06Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Clarity Before Strategy™ methodology, course materials, written content, videos, graphics, logos, and the Global Leaders Hub name and branding — is the property of Sandeep Anand / Global Leaders Hub and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Purchase of a course or digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that material for your own personal or professional development — not for resale, redistribution, or commercial training of others.

07User Conduct

When using our Site or services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or any session content for any unlawful purpose
• Record, reproduce, or redistribute coaching sessions or course content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or behave inappropriately toward Sandeep Anand or any Global Leaders Hub staff during a session or interaction
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a session, or restrict access to our services for any user who violates these terms.

08Results & Testimonials Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process. While we bring our full expertise, frameworks (including Clarity Before Strategy™), and effort to every engagement, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes — including but not limited to job offers, promotions, salary increases, business growth, or any particular career or financial result.

Testimonials, reviews, and case studies shared on this Site (including on Trustpilot and Google) reflect individual experiences and results, which vary based on each client’s effort, circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes for you.

09Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Topmate, Razorpay, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Trustpilot) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
